Position Overview
We’re excited to welcome a new part-time Marketing Liaison and Agency Administrator to our local State Farm team in Hopkins. In this role, you’ll help keep our office running smoothly by providing key administrative and marketing support, assisting with daily operations, social media strategy and content creation, and helping our clients with their insurance needs. If you’re organized, enjoy working with others, and are looking to build your skills in a supportive environment, we’d be happy to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, texts, and emails from current customers
- Create content and manage agency social media channels and online presence
- Appointment setting for current customers
- Prepare documents and materials for in-person & virtual meetings
- Follow-up with customers for Google Reviews

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Hopkins, MN.
- Our office is open 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
- I am a proud graduate of Mankato State University.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, and Silver Scroll
