As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Lindahl - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Use a customer focused, needs based approach to guide clients through insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills across all channels - written, verbal, and attentive listening.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Proficiency in learning and navigating computer functions efficiently.
- Collaborative spirit, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Hopkins, MN.
- Our office is open 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
- I am a proud graduate of Mankato State University.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
